Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for any items that go missing or lost with Royal Mail.
We offer a 14 day refund/exchange policy for jewellery bought online if the sizing is not quite right e.g. ring size, chain length or shortening ear pins. However we will not be responsible for shipping/postage costs.
For bespoke commissions there is no refund or exchange possible.
We offer a free complimentary clean & polish for all customers that have bought or commissioned a piece of Jewellery. For gold plated items we offer gold replating for a small fee £20 plus postage.
