We will offer an immediate and full refund for any faulty products.

Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for any items that go missing or lost with Royal Mail.

We offer a 14 day refund/exchange policy for jewellery bought online if the sizing is not quite right e.g. ring size, chain length or shortening ear pins. However we will not be responsible for shipping/postage costs. 

For bespoke commissions there is not refund or exchange possible. 

We offer a clean, polish and 18 carat gold replating for any item of gold plated jewellery bought online for a small fee.
